There were 1,184 male and 1,306 female bourgeois recorded. It was signed by community elders Meir Lipovskiy, Ios Kotllyarenko, community scribe Peisakh Grebinski, also by Duvid Lipavski, Nekheme Zavalkovi and Abel Novak. Only the last person signed his name in Hebrew. The rest of the signatures are in Russian.
