There were 1724 males, 1982 females recorded as living within 751 households.
It was signed by community trustees Paltio Leiserovich Pirka, Duvid Moshkovich Khaiamenes, Yos Simkhovich Markiza, Khaim Berkovich Kofman, Meilakh Itskovich Esman. The following community elders also sidnged it: Mikhel Roisenblit, Yankel Leibovich Burt, Duvid Ber Zlatman.
