Romanovo additional revisions in 1872-1874

Romanovo Name Index Census 1872-1874

This list contains families which appeared in various census records from Romanovo, Slutsk district between 1872 and 1874.

Due to constant population migrations, while these individuals were recorded in Romanovo at the time of census, they likely come from outside and thus asked to be officially allowed to settle there. The approval date refers to the date when Minsk Financial Committee approved their request.

Most of these censuses were signed by deputies of the Jewish community of Romanovo, Yankel Maizel or Fayvush Borukhovich Pastron.

Additional information in this column is associated with migrations and written as fractions for example D279/84. Where the first number is probably a document number related to migration but the last number is a two digit year.
