This is the second part of the census for Rtishchev located in Kiev district, Kiev governorate, which took place in September 1811. This group of people were noted as added in year 1800.

There is an additional note from December 14,1811 addressed to Kiev finance department. It says, after revision list was submitted there were two additional people who came to Rzhischev:

  • Zatulinskiy (by Kiev decision) from Radomysl district and
  • Shlionskiy who returned from fleeing for whom taxes were already paid.
Thus community is asking Kiev to list them, bringing the total number of people in community to 148 people.
