This community is currently busy with various tasks especially collecting taxes for the second half of the year 1811 and thus cannot administer revision at Sverzhen with the purpose of sending it to Minsk Financial Committee. However since we wish to fulfill the governor's order we chose you [..] to send two copies of this census to Minsk with no information hidden according to the law. This letter is signed by kagal's elder with community members of Novy Sverzhen.
